These terms govern use of our website and requests for information. They do not replace a separate signed client services agreement.

Information and estimates

Website content and pricing are presented for general information and may change. Submitting a form requests contact from CONTRACTOP; it does not place an order or create a contract.

Service agreements

Before a project begins, we will confirm scope, deliverables, timelines, revisions, payments, domain or platform charges, and any ongoing maintenance in writing. The separate written agreement controls the purchased services.

Portfolio and results

Clearly labeled concept samples illustrate potential creative work; they are not representations of completed customer projects. Google rankings, leads and sales cannot be guaranteed.

Intellectual property

Our branding and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Do not redistribute them without permission. Ownership and usage rights for client deliverables will be stated in the relevant services agreement.

Third parties

Links and embedded tools, including Tally, may be subject to separate provider terms and privacy policies.
